CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
By creating an account with, or purchasing products from, Nova-Pep, LLC (“Nova-Pep,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer”) expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:
Research-Only Designation
All products offered by Nova-Pep are sold exclusively for research and laboratory use. Products are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, nor for medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use of any kind.
Assumption of Risk and Proper Handling
Customer acknowledges full responsibility for understanding all potential hazards, risks, storage requirements, and handling procedures associated with the products purchased. Customer agrees to implement and maintain appropriate laboratory safety standards, protocols, and controls at all times.
Regulatory and Legal Compliance
Customer affirms that they have independently reviewed the legal and regulatory status of all products purchased within their applicable jurisdiction(s) and assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
PURCHASING AGREEMENT
By submitting an order and completing payment through this website, Customer represents and warrants that:
- Customer understands the nature, classification, and research-only status of the products being purchased.
- Customer has reviewed and agreed to all terms, disclaimers, conditions, and policies made available on this website, including but not limited to the Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
- Submission of payment constitutes Customer’s binding acceptance of all terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase.
INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nova-Pep, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Customer’s acquisition, use, storage, handling, or misuse of any product purchased from Nova-Pep;
- Customer’s breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other policies governing use of this website;
- Customer’s failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations; or
- Any third-party claim arising from Customer’s actions or transactions conducted through this website.
